Introduction Welcome to the services provided by Julie Sykes Celebrant. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any other products or services offered by Julie Sykes. By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Services Julie Sykes provides celebrant services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, vow renewals, naming ceremonies, funerals and other special events. By booking her services, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined by Julie Sykes.
Booking and Payment To secure my services for your event, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Full payment is due prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods accepted are specified in the contract.
Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation, please refer to the terms outlined in the contract provided by Julie Sykes. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds are subject to my discretion.
Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their event requirements, including date, time, venue, and any special requests. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or service limitations.
Intellectual Property All content provided by Julie Sykes, including but not limited to text, images, and designs, are the intellectual property of Julie Sykes. Unauthorised use or reproduction of my content is strictly prohibited unless agreed upon by me.
Liability Julie Sykes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use my services, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or property damage. I am covered for public liability and have an insurance policy available on request.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms Julie Sykes reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use my services, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
